FOUNDATIONS CLASS

Our CrossFit Dripping Springs Foundations Class provides an introduction to the CrossFit methodology. During this class you will learn the foundational movements and exercises that are used during the WODs. The Foundations class is a one-time 2 hour class and has a one-time fee.  The class will be open to anyone, but it will be mandatory for new people unless you qualify to opt out.  It is at the Coach’s discretion whether you can sign up concurrently for Foundations and start attending classes. However, if you are transferring from another CrossFit  or have been doing CrossFit on your own,  it will be at the Coach’s discretion whether you can opt out of Foundations.  Contact us to see whether you qualify to opt out.
